Medieval castle, charming seaside old town, and seasonally inspired pizzas
First, you visit the ruins of a 700-year-old medieval castle and experience an important part of Finnish history. The Raasepori Castle sits atop a giant rock that’s still slowly rising from the earth today.
Next, continue to the idyllic seaside Old Town of Ekenäs (Tammisaari in Finnish), dating back to the 16th century. Stroll the colorful cobblestone streets and soak in the peaceful atmosphere before ending your day with something truly delicious (= pizza).

- Meet your guide infront of Kiasma museum and depart from Helsinki @ 12:00 P.M.

Enjoy a 1 hour 15 min scenic drive from Helsinki to the Raasepori castle ruins surrounded by lush Finnish countryside. - In Raasepori:
- Walk through the historic stone halls and learn about life in 14th-century Finland.
- You will spend around one hour with your guide in the castle ruins before heading to Ekenäs Old Town.
- In Ekenäs:
- A short, 15-minute ride from the castle ruins brings you to the charming coastal town of Ekenäs.
Your guide will lead you through cobbled streets, colorful wooden houses, and seaside views.
After an hour of admiring the old town it's time for the pizza tasting! At YLP! (Your Local Pizza) you’ll share a selection of their best pizzas, giving you a chance to taste a variety of fresh, local flavors.
